SUMMER SAUSAGE PASTA SALAD

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) Log of Klement's Original Summer Sausage, diced
  • 1 Package of Rotini pasta
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1 Cup broccoli
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 Cup Italian dressing

Steps

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and add olive oil, mix thoroughly. Let pasta cool.
  2. Add Klement’s Summer Sausage, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, black olives and cheddar cheese to pasta.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over pasta mixture and stir.
