SUMMER SAUSAGE SLIDERS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) Log of any Klement's Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 9 Pretzel slider rolls, split
  • Sliced cheese of choice
  • 1/4 Cup butter, melted
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together honey, mustard and red wine vinegar until blended.
  3. Place the bun bottoms in a 9x9 baking dish.
  4. Spread some of the mustard mixture onto the bun bottoms.
  5. Top with two slices of Klement's Garlic Summer Sausage, 1 slice of cheese, and the top of the pretzel bun.
  6. Brush each bun with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
