Sweet n Smoky Sausage Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) package Klement's Beef Summer Sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry horseradish (see recipe)
  • 1 pack (12 rolls) Hawaiian rolls or brioche rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (for Cranberry Horseradish)
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish (for Cranberry Horseradish)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for Cranberry Horseradish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Leaving the rolls all attached, slice the rolls in half and set the top half aside. Place the bottom half in a glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together butter and everything bagel seasoning. Using a brush, coat the bottom half of the buns in the pan.
  3. Layer the provolone cheese over the bottom of the rolls in the baking dish, followed by the Klement's Beef Summer Sausage slices. Then thinly spread the cranberry horseradish on each sausage slice.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back onto the sliders.
  5. Spread the remainder of the butter spice mixture on the top of the rolls. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the top of the rolls have turned golden brown.
  6. Cut the sliders apart and serve.
  7. For Cranberry Horseradish: Combine horseradish and mayonnaise. Add cranberry sauce and combine well.
