SAUSAGE KABOB BITES

Ingredients
- 12oz log Klement's Summer Sausage (any variety) cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 brick Colby Jack (any other variety works too) cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
- Red, Yellow & Green Peppers - cut into 1 inch chunks
- Queen size Garlic-Stuffed Olives
- Italian Dressing
- 6-inch cocktail skewers
Steps
- put cubed sausage, peppers and olives in a zip-lock bag
- Add Italian Dressing to the bag - enough for a marinade
- Close bag and shake until contents are well-coated
- Place bag in refrigerator for 3 hours, flipping bag a few times over the course of 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, add cheese cubes and shake until well-coated - marinade for an additional hour
- Spear the sausage, cheese, peppers and olives onto the skewers and serve
Added Flavor
- sprinkle skewers with grated Parmesan cheese for some extra Italian flair.
