SAUSAGE KABOB BITES

 
 

Ingredients

  • 12oz log Klement's Summer Sausage (any variety) cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 brick Colby Jack (any other variety works too) cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
  • Red, Yellow & Green Peppers - cut into 1 inch chunks
  • Queen size Garlic-Stuffed Olives
  • Italian Dressing
  • 6-inch cocktail skewers

Steps

  1. put cubed sausage, peppers and olives in a zip-lock bag
  2. Add Italian Dressing to the bag - enough for a marinade
  3. Close bag and shake until contents are well-coated
  4. Place bag in refrigerator for 3 hours, flipping bag a few times over the course of 3 hours.
  5. After 3 hours, add cheese cubes and shake until well-coated - marinade for an additional hour
  6. Spear the sausage, cheese, peppers and olives onto the skewers and serve

Added Flavor

  1. sprinkle skewers with grated Parmesan cheese for some extra Italian flair.
