KNOCKOUT NACHOS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) Package of Klement's Fresh Chorizo
  • Bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 Cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 8 Strips cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped
  • 1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Sour cream, avocado slices and cilantro for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown fresh Chorizo sausage on stove top. Drain.
  3. In an oven-safe cooking sheet, spread out tortilla chips and layer with the Chorizo, shredded cheese, onion, tomato, bacon and black beans.
  4. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
  5. Once out of the oven, garnish with sour cream, avocado and cilantro.
  6. If you want an extra kick, add jalapeños!
