3-POINT PIZZA POCKETS

Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) Package Klement's Mild Ground Italian Sausage
- 2 Cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 Can of marinara sauce
- Bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Stick of butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- Bag of shredded parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. of Salt & Pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut biscuits into two halves and press each half into a round, flattened circle.
- Brown Italian sausage in a skillet on stove top.
- Place a small amount of marinara sauce, a spoonful of Italian sausage, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on a biscuit.
- Lift the edges of the biscuit to surround the contents and add a second flattened circle of dough to the top and enclose without gaps.
- Spray baking pan with cooking pray to grease. Lay the pizza pockets across the pan evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and brush mixture onto each pizza pocket. Top with shredded parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are slightly browned on top. Serve warm with marinara sauce and enjoy!
