20-MINUTE TORTELLINI BAKE

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz. Package Klement's Italian Sausage, coin cut
  • 4 Cups tortellini pasta, cooked according to package
  • 2 Cups marinara sauce
  • 2 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 Cup parsley, for garnish
  • Olive oil, to coat baking dish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat cooked pasta and coin cut Italian sausage with marinara sauce.
  3. Coat a 9x9 oven-safe baking dish with a thin layer of olive oil and add in tortellini mixture.
  4. Top with shredded mozzerella cheese.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, allowing the cheese on top to brown slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsely. Serve warm and enjoy!
