BANGO’S BRATS N’ BEAN CHILI

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's White Cheddar Bratwurst, sliced
  • 1 Tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 1 (15oz) Can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5oz) Can of diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (11oz) Can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8oz) Can of tomato paste
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper for taste

Steps

  1. Warm the Pre-Cooked Cheddar brats in a pot over medium heat with the onions and peppers.
  2. Cook until peppers and onions are tender.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with sauce, tomato paste, water, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow time to stand and cool.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
