20-MINUTE TORTELLINI BAKE

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of any flavor Klement’s Cooked Dinner Links, coin cut
  • 4 Cups frozen cheese tortellini pasta, cooked according to package
  • 1 medium jar of marinara sauce
  • 2 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup parsley, for garnish
  • Non-stick cooking spray, to coat baking dish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pan fry coin cut dinner links til slightly browned. Cook cheese tortellini according to package.
  3. Mix coin cut dinner links, cooked tortellini and jar of marinara sauce together.
  4. Coat a 9x9 oven-safe baking dish with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Evenly top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, allowing the cheese on top to brown slightly.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
