Sweet & Spicy Bratwurst on a Bun

Ingredients

• 1 (16oz) Klement's Hometown Brat package
• 1/2 cup Jalapenos-sliced (optional)
• 15 Fresh Cilantro Sprigs
• 1 cup Pineapple-fresh or canned, cut into chunks
• 1 package of brat buns
• Spicy Habanero Sauce

Steps

1. Cook Klement's bratwurst on grill or cast iron skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
2. Spread habanero sauce onto buns. Place cooked bratwurst in bun.
3. Top bratwurst with sliced jalapenos, pineapple, cilantro sprigs (and banana peppers, if desired).
