SUMMER SAUSAGE SLIDERS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) Log of any Klement's Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 9 slider rolls, cut
  • Sliced cheese of choice
  • 1/4 Cup butter, melted
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together honey, mustard and red wine vinegar until blended.
  3. Place the bun bottoms in a 9x9 baking dish.
  4. Spread some of the mustard mixture onto the bun bottoms.
  5. Top with two slices of Klement's Garlic Summer Sausage, 1 slice of cheese, and the top of the bun.
  6. Brush each bun with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
