SUMMER SAUSAGE SLIDERS
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) Log of any Klement's Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 9 slider rolls, cut
- Sliced cheese of choice
- 1/4 Cup butter, melted
- Salt, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together honey, mustard and red wine vinegar until blended.
- Place the bun bottoms in a 9x9 baking dish.
- Spread some of the mustard mixture onto the bun bottoms.
- Top with two slices of Klement's Garlic Summer Sausage, 1 slice of cheese, and the top of the bun.
- Brush each bun with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
