SLOW SAUSAGE IS GOOD SAUSAGE (AND PEPPERS)
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) Package of Klement's Fresh Ground Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 (24oz) Jar marinara sauce
- 2 Medium green peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 Medium red peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 Large onion, sliced into chunks
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hoagie Buns, optional
Steps
- In a crockpot, combine marinara sauce, fresh Italian sausage, peppers and onion. Stir until everything is coated with sauce.
- Cover and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours or on low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
- Serve warm on sliced Hoagie Bun or over cooked pasta. Enjoy!
