SLOW SAUSAGE IS GOOD SAUSAGE (AND PEPPERS)

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) Package of Klement's Fresh Ground Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 (24oz) Jar marinara sauce
  • 2 Medium green peppers, seeded and diced
  • 2 Medium red peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 Large onion, sliced into chunks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hoagie Buns, optional

Steps

  1. In a crockpot, combine marinara sauce, fresh Italian sausage, peppers and onion. Stir until everything is coated with sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours or on low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve warm on sliced Hoagie Bun or over cooked pasta. Enjoy!
