SAUSAGE & VEGGIE FOIL DINNER

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Uncured Polish Sausage, coin cut
  • 5 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeds removed, sliced
  • 2 Ears of Corn, husked and cut into large pieces
  • 1 Medium Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 Medium Zucchini, Coin Cut
  • 1 Medium Yellow Squash, Coin Cut
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven to medium heat (325-350 degrees F).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt and pepper.
  3. In a 1 gallon plastic resealable bag, add Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage, veggies, and seasoning mixture. Combine well.
  4. Place 2 pieces of tin foil on top of each other in a "T".
  5. Place generous amount of mixture in the center and fold foil to secure tightly.
  6. Grill covered, over medium heat for 15-25 minutes (depending on heat) until veggies are tender.
  7. Remove from grill using oven mitts and open foil to allow contents to cool slightly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
