SAUSAGE & VEGGIE FOIL DINNER
Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Uncured Polish Sausage, coin cut
- 5 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeds removed, sliced
- 2 Ears of Corn, husked and cut into large pieces
- 1 Medium Onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 Potatoes, sliced
- 1 Medium Zucchini, Coin Cut
- 1 Medium Yellow Squash, Coin Cut
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat Oven to medium heat (325-350 degrees F).
- In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt and pepper.
- In a 1 gallon plastic resealable bag, add Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage, veggies, and seasoning mixture. Combine well.
- Place 2 pieces of tin foil on top of each other in a "T".
- Place generous amount of mixture in the center and fold foil to secure tightly.
- Grill covered, over medium heat for 15-25 minutes (depending on heat) until veggies are tender.
- Remove from grill using oven mitts and open foil to allow contents to cool slightly.
- Serve and enjoy!
