Mini Brat Pies

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Klement's Traditional Bratwurst Package (coin cut)
  • 1 can (10.5oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 bag (12oz) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 packages Refrigerated Biscuit Dough

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine bratwurst, vegetables, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl and stir to mix.
  3. Place one biscuit in each slot of a greased muffin tin and press down firmly to mold biscuit dough to the side of each muffin slot. Press the dough so that it covers that bottom and sides of each tin evenly.
  4. Add the bratwurst, soup and veggie mixture into each muffin slot evenly, approximately 3/4 of the way full.
  5. Bake your mini brat pies for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are slightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy!
