LOADED ITALIAN SAUSAGE PIZZA

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Italian Sausage, coin cut
- 1 Pizza crust
- 1 Cup marinara sauce
- 1 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped basil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Heat skillet to medium heat and brown Italian sausage slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay the pizza crust out on a baking sheet or a pizza stone. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edge.
- Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the sauce and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the Italian sausage evenly around the pizza. We chose to make a pumpkin shape!
- Add the diced tomatoes and top with chopped basil.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow pizza to cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
