LASAGNA WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Italian Sauasage
  • (16oz) Ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp garlic salt
  • 8 Lasagna noodles, broken in half crosswise
  • A dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup pasta sauce of your liking
  • 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse noodles.
  3. Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet until browned on all sides.
  4. Place noodles in pan with small spoonfuls of cheese mix and Italian sausage and pasta sauce. Repeat layering twice, then top with remaining noodles and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min and enjoy!
