KLEMENT’S KABOBS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 (14oz) Packages of Klement’s Pre-Cooked Sausages (any variety)
  • 1 Green pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 Red pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 Yellow pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Package of whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  2. Cut sausage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, zucchini and mushrooms into 1-inch pieces and assemble on skewers.
  3. Brush sausage kabobs with olive oil and cook on grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout (about 10 minutes).
