KLEMENT’S KABOBS
Ingredients
- 2 (14oz) Packages of Klement’s Pre-Cooked Sausages (any variety)
- 1 Green pepper, ribs and seeds removed
- 1 Red pepper, ribs and seeds removed
- 1 Yellow pepper, ribs and seeds removed
- 1 Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Package of whole mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Steps
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Cut sausage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, zucchini and mushrooms into 1-inch pieces and assemble on skewers.
- Brush sausage kabobs with olive oil and cook on grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout (about 10 minutes).
