FLAMIN’ FLATBREAD

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement’s Traditional Bratwurst
  • 1 Flatbread
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1/8 Cup sliced red onion
  • 8 Leaves of fresh basil
  • 1 Cup shredded asiago cheese
  • Fresh arugula (optional)

Steps

  1. Prepare the grill for medium direct grilling.
  2. Brush olive oil on both sides of flatbread.
  3. Grill over direct heat for about 2 minutes per side until crispy. Remove from grill.
  4. In layers, add garlic, 1/2 of the cheese, sausage, onion, sliced tomatoes, basil, and the second 1/2 of the cheese.
  5. Prepare grill for indirect grilling and grill until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
