CHORIZO TOSTADAS

Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) Package of Klement's Chorizo
- 5 Small flour tortillas
- 2 Tsp chili powder
- 1 (15oz) Can of black beans
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Cup salsa
Steps
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. chili powder. Bake 7-8 min or until crisp.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to large skillet and heat on medium. Brown the package of chorizo. Remove from heat and drain the chorizo and then re-add it to the pan.
- Drain and rinse the black beans. Add the black beans, salsa and remaining chili powder. Cook until heated throughout, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Spread sausage mixture onto tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, salsa and sour cream.
- Enjoy!
