CHORIZO TOSTADAS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) Package of Klement's Chorizo
  • 5 Small flour tortillas
  • 2 Tsp chili powder
  • 1 (15oz) Can of black beans
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup salsa

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. chili powder. Bake 7-8 min or until crisp.
  3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to large skillet and heat on medium. Brown the package of chorizo. Remove from heat and drain the chorizo and then re-add it to the pan.
  4. Drain and rinse the black beans. Add the black beans, salsa and remaining chili powder. Cook until heated throughout, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread sausage mixture onto tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, salsa and sour cream.
  6. Enjoy!
