BRATWURST QUESADILLAS

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Traditional Bratwurst, coin cut
- 4 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Medium zucchini, diced
- 1 Red pepper, diced
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 Medium onion, diced
- Tortillas, corn or flour
- Olive oil
- Sour cream
- Salsa
Steps
- Wash all vegetables and dice them. Place in pan with olive oil and sauté til slightly translucent.
- Once vegetables are done, coin cut the bratwurst and pan fry them til browned.
- Begin crafting your quesadillas by adding the desired amount of bratwurst, cheese and vegetable mixture.
- For best results, spray or oil your hot griddle/pan and lay the first tortilla down, adding toppings and finishing with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side and flip.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
