BRATWURST QUESADILLAS

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Traditional Bratwurst, coin cut
  • 4 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1 Green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Medium onion, diced
  • Tortillas, corn or flour
  • Olive oil
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Steps

  1. Wash all vegetables and dice them. Place in pan with olive oil and sauté til slightly translucent.
  2. Once vegetables are done, coin cut the bratwurst and pan fry them til browned.
  3. Begin crafting your quesadillas by adding the desired amount of bratwurst, cheese and vegetable mixture.
  4. For best results, spray or oil your hot griddle/pan and lay the first tortilla down, adding toppings and finishing with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and flip.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
