BRATS & VEGGIES SKILLET

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) Package of Klement's Traditional Bratwurst, coin cut
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 1 Cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Medium zucchini, cut into 1" slices
- 1 Medium red pepper, ribs and seeds removed, sliced
- 1 Medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1" slices
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine bratwurst, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, red pepper, and yellow summer squash.
- Combine oil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper into a smaller bowl and stir.
- Combine all ingredients into a large skillet, and cook until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout.
