ITALIAN SAUSAGE LASAGNA

Ingredients
- 2 (14oz) Package of Klement's Italian Sauasage
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- (16oz) ricotta cheese
- 5 Tbsp grated parmesan
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 2 Tsp granulted roasted garlic
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 24oz pasta sauce of your liking - we used marinara
- 1 pkg shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cottage cheese & grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse noodles with cold water.
- Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet until browned
- Place 4 noodles in bottom of pan
- Place small spoonfuls of cheese mixture onto noodles, followed by sausage and pasta sauce (add in a layer of mozzarella cheese for extra cheesiness) - repeat layering two more times
- Top with remaining ingredients and mozzarella & parmesan cheeses
- Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 45 min and enjoy!
