German Bratchos

Ingredients
- 1 bag of your favorite Kettle-cooked potato chips (if you're ambitious, you can make your own, too)
- 1-14oz package of Klement's Traditional Bratwurst - sliced into 1/4 thick coins
- 1 - 15oz can of white queso sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 fresh jalapenos sliced - or 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos from a jar
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a frying pan brown the sliced bratwurst on both sides until warm
- Pour the white queso sauce into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 45 seconds until pourable
- Spread kettle chips evenly onto an oven-safe platter or large plate
- Pour the white cheese sauce onto the chips making sure each chip has some cheese on it
- Top with the sliced bratwurst dispersing evenly
- Sprinkle scallions, tomatoes and jalapenos on top
- Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.

Tips & Tricks
- For an extra German touch, add some sauerkraut too!
