SMOKIN’ JALAPEÑOS

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's Cocktail Smokies
- 10 Jalapeño peppers
- 1 (8oz) Package of cream cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 10 Slices Bacon, raw, cut in half
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion, diced
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice jalapeños lengthwise. Remove seeds and ribs. Use plastic gloves if desired.
- Place the jalapeño halves on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and green onion.
- Fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place one cocktail smokie on each of the cheese-filled jalapeños.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño tightly with a piece of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if needed.
- Place cut side up on foil-lined tray and bake until the bacon is browned and crispy, about 30 minutes.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
