  • 4 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp of both salt & pepper
  • 6oz Klement's Maple Breakfast Links, cooked & coin cut (reserve half for garnish)
  • 4oz of your favorite cheese (reserve half for garnish)
  • 2 Tbs fresh chives (reserve half for garnish)
  • 2 tsp both thyme & parsley (reserve half for garnish)


  1. Place a 12-inch cast iron skillet in the oven as it warms and preheats to 425 degrees
  2. As the pan heats, combine eggs, flour, milk, salt & pepper in a large bowl with whisk or mixer
  3. Add half of each remaining ingredient (except butter) saving the rest for garnish at the end
  4. whisk until well combined
  5. once the oven reaches temp., remove the skillet and add 4tbs of butter
  6. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and return to the oven
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and cooked through
  8. Top with remaining garnish ingredients and ENJOY!
