Fear the Deer Beer Dip with Snack Stick Dippers

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) Package of any flavor Klement’s Snack Sticks
  • 2 (8 oz) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 oz) Packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 Cup of your favorite beer

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a pan, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, 1/2 of the chopped green onions, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Turn stove top to low heat and stir frequently until mixture begins to melt.
  3. Slowly pour beer into the stovetop pan and continue to stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into oven-safe pan/dish and sprinkle remaining cheese and green onions on top. Bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite flavor of Snack Sticks!
