Cheesy Sausage & Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) package of Klement's White Cheddar Bratwurst
- 1 loaf Italian Bakery-Style Bread
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 8 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
Steps
- Slice sausage into 1/2 inch coins
- Slice Italian bread into 1-inch slices and remove crust
- Grease 9x13 baking dish and arrange bread to cover bottom of pan
- Spread sausage evenly over bread
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over bread & sausage
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs & milk together
- Pour egg & milk mixture evenly over ingredients in pan
- Allow contents to sit overnight in fridge - covered
- When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove cover
- Bake for about 42 minutes or until utensil comes out clean after poking center.
Give it a kick
- Add roasted garlic and dried red pepper flakes to your egg & milk mixture before pouring into pan
