Southwest Hash Browns with Snack Sticks

 
 

Ingredients

  • 4 Klement's Honey Ham Snack Sticks, sliced into 1/8 inch coins
  • 1 (20oz) package frozen or refrigerated Southwest Style Hash Browns
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter

Steps

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat half of the butter on medium-high heat.
  2. Add hash browns to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add cheese and snack stick coins and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Flip or stir hash browns until they are golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes total.
  5. Serve with a fried egg and toast.
