SAUSAGE, CHEESE & EGG CASSEROLE

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) Package of Klement's White Cheddar Bratwurst
  • 1 Loaf Italian bakery style bread
  • 1 Cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Colby Jack cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup milk

Steps

  1. Cut Sausage into 1/2 inch coin cuts.
  2. Slice Italian bread into 1 inch slices and cut off the crust.
  3. Grease 9x13 baking dish and arrange bread to completely cover the bottom.
  4. Spread sausage evenly over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over bread and sausage.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  7. Pour egg and milk mixture evenly over all ingredients.
  8. Let contents sit covered in fridge overnight.
  9. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove cover.
  10. Bake for about 40 minutes or until utensil comes out clean from poking the center.
