BALSAMIC BLAZE SALAD

 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 (14oz) Packages of Klement's Italian Sausage
  • 4 Cups of Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup red onion
  • 1/4 Cup chopped dried figs or dates
  • 1/4 Cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp pepper
  • 3/4 Cup olive oil

Steps

  1. Prepare Italian Sausage links to directions on package.
  2. Add spinach, walnuts, red onion, figs or dates, and Gorgonzola cheese it a bowl and mix. Add the prepared Italian sausage links. Dress with balsamic vinaigrette or prepare homemade dressing and pour over salad as desired.
  3. Balsamic vinaigrette - mix together the Balsamic vinaigrette, salt, pepper and olive oil.
